Wear a sports bra underneath for that extra support needed on high intensity training days. Stick to your usual size for low intensity activities such as walking or running errands.

Hand or machine wash on a cool, gentle cycle with similar colours. Avoid harsh chemicals or stain removers, which can affect the colour.
